They have also taken steps to avoid the situation from happening again in the future. Any clients interested to migrate to another datacenter should contact us to receive a free setup and free migration. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We ask for your understanding that we want to give the highest priority to solving this problem as quickly as possible and that, therefore, we are not reachable as we normally are and that we cannot respond to your messages as quickly as we normally do. All services that are affected will be checked by us. If your service is unreachable, you do not need to send us a message, we will check it on our own. We are doing everything in our power to bring your services back online as quickly as possible!

Presently, we are actively engaging with our affected customers to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally for them.
